Fairyhouse celebrate the Solheim Cup with Irish Flare

Fairyhouse Racecourse hosts the Solheim Cup Race Days on Sunday 18th September and Thursday 22nd September.
The feature race on Sunday 18th will be the Tattersalls Ireland Super Auction Sales Stakes. This is the most valuable Flat race run at Fairyhouse. With €150,000 up for grabs, it invariably attracts a strong field, with Irish and British-based trainers always fielding a strong team of runners. The first race is 2.15pm.
Thursday 22nd of September race day will celebrate the Solheim Cup coming to Meath. Fairyhouse are delighted to welcome race goers to an afternoon of great racing, traditional Irish music, food and fare. Gates open at 13.15 and the all hurdle race card will kick off with the first race at approximately 3.15pm.
Adult admission both days is only €5 with children under 16 going free. A courtesy shuttle bus service will run from the M3 Parkway train station.
Pre-booked hospitality packages include the Summer Sizzler Package for €25, this includes admission, a race card, hot beef roll, a drink, free bet and a table reserved in the restaurant for the day. Alternatively the Restaurant Package offers admission, a race card, two course meal, tea and coffee and a table reserved in a premier hospitality suite over looking the race course for €40 per person. For those not wishing to make a reservation there will be plenty of traditional Irish catering on offer around the racecourse.
