Racing Returns to Fairyhouse
Racing returns to Fairyhouse Racecourse next Wednesday 29th June when the feature race is the Group 3 Irish Stallion Farms EBF Brownstown Stakes over 7 furlongs. Following an inspection today the Turf Club have passed the track fit for racing.
The entries for the Brownstown are headed by Royal Ascot heroine Lolly for Dolly from the Tommy Stack stable. Other notable entries include Group winners Emulous and Bewitched.
The admission price for both 29th June and Sunday 10th July is only €5 per person with children under 16 are free. The Summer Restaurant package is available from only €40 per person with a 2 course meal, admission, while the Summer Sizzler package is proving very popular with punters. The Summer Sizzler offers punters admission, racecard, €5 tote bet, Hot roll and a glass of wine or pint for only €25.
“We are delighted to be back racing and look forward to two top -class days on 29th June and Sunday 10th July which is our Summer family day. We have reduced our admission prices to €5 and put together value admission and catering packages from €25 to €40, to build on the success of our Easter festival,” said Acting Manager, Peter Roe.
