Fairyhouse Easter Festival 2023

Fairyhouse is home to the famous three-day Easter Festival which is taking place from Saturday 8th - Monday 10th April 2023. Easter Monday features the BoyleSports Irish Grand National, the richest chase in the Irish calendar and one of the most anticipated dates of the Irish racing calendar. 

The race has become a truly iconic event and over the years the roll of honour includes many legendary racehorses such as the 1964 winner Arkle, Brown Lad, Desert Orchid, Bobbyjo, Commanche Court and Organisedconfusion trained by Arthur Moore and ridden by his niece, Nina Carberry. The flagship race of the three-day Easter Festival has been sponsored by BoyleSports, Ireland's largest independent bookmaker, since 2014.

The Fairyhouse Easter Festival is filled with glamour, festivities, music, entertainment and of course top class National Hunt Racing with over €1.25million in prize money up for grabs.

The opening day of the Fairyhouse Easter Festival features the RYBO Handicap Hurdle and is the perfect day to gather a group for a fantastic day of top quality racing followed by live music to kick off our Easter Festival.
