In 2022 the Grade 1 Boylesports Gold Cup Novice Chase was won by the very exciting Galopin Des Champs, trained by Willie Mullins and ridden to victory by Paul Townend. At this meeting last year it was double Grade 1 glory for Mullins and Townend as they claimed the Grade 1 Irish Stallion Farms EBF Mares Novice Hurdle with Brandy Love.
Easter Sunday promises to be a fantastic day out for all the family, and with ample free entertainment laid on for the kids, the parents are sure to be able to relax and enjoy some family time with a great day at the races.
Our KIDS GO FREE policy means that all the family can experience one of Ireland’s most prestigious racecourses, the ‘older ones’, the thrills of and spills of spring racing, and the ‘younger ones’, all the free entertainment we have on offer. Easter Sunday also features the La Bucca Easter Bonnet competition, a fantastic opportunity for the kids to show their creative side by making the most colourful and exciting bonnet hats.
